Where do you get the "quiz" for AS?

hi,
I have a 19 year old with a diagnosis from 7 years ago of ADD...in college and doing okay, but now with different things going on...don't
think it's just ADD..
Likes the lights low(or off), doesn't like anything changed or touched in
his room...is having a fit over the possibility of having to have
a room mate at college next year(living at home this year..community
college) to the point of panic.

Was wondering if there is a Check list of symptoms for AS?
