After all was said and done, my niece is keeping her promise to the police officer to not talk, look, or interact in anyway with the boy who accused her of stalking/harassing him.
Well, she goes back to school only to have him make kissing sounds at her and saying things like,"I see you looking at me." "I know you still like me." I sat in a police station in an extreme state of anxiety and now this boy does this to my niece. Please help. What should I do?

Would it be possible to ask the police officer who was so understanding of your niece to speak to the kid? And by speak I mean scare the crap out of him?

It sounds like he is baiting her. I think I might call that police officer, also, so that your niece does not end up blamed again, somehow.

Fire up the phone and call the cops. What that kid is doing is sexual harassment, (baiting, in my book)

Next restraining order. Some people don't get it (parents) until you get one filed.

He has to watch it since she is considered an incapacitated minor. He could be looking at charges.

Way back when, an older brother would have kicked this little charmer's ass, and it would be done. Sometimes that is the only reasoning stupid understands.

I know that isn't PC....
