We're taking our 3-year-old there at the end of April and she's already been screened / observed etc and determined to be on the spectrum by a team we were working with prior to our girl turning 3, but I suspect this might be to look at options to assist her reaching her potential. I was just wondering what I might expect from the consult. It's the initial 'intake consult', I think. Not really sure. It was set up after I sent out a cry for help back in January because our daughter's behavior was deteriorating and there was seemingly little we could do to help her. We then got her into special ed for socialization (she's an only child and we don't know parents with kids her age). The school has helped a little and in some ways probably not. Hard to say.
