My Aspie son was on a chat room on this site, some one was using a bot program to flood him with messages. How do you report problems like his to the adminstrators of the web site?

I've never used the chat room but in the wrong planet forum there is a thread "moderator attention" that you can ask for help in. Or you can PM a moderator.

Are you sure it was a bot? The chat room is an insane flood of messages normally.
It takes a special kind of preson to process that--or maybe I just mean "I can't process that"
It's a bewildering storm of text.

I think people are communicating in the background in private areas or have filters set so it's less crazy. At least, I hope they do!

If it is the spam via PM in the chat (which happen petty much recently, since we successfully block them away from the chatroom), you can ask him to type "/umode +g" EVERY TIME he login to the chatroom. It SHOULD block ALL the PMs. If it is happening in the room, tell him to type "@wpops" in the channel, the ops should notice it.
