WISC-IV Results... do they make sense?

Years ago, I have taken an IQ test and I cannot fully understand why my full scale IQ is lower than the overall average.
I scored a 136 in verbal comprehension, 102 perceptional reasoning, 96 in working memory, and a 131 in processing speed. However, the tester gave me total IQ score of 99. I do not know how testers determine the scores, but I have heavy doubts.
