Just wanted to let everyone know that I got a YogaKids DVD for my kiddo and he loves it! It's about 30 minutes long and the other day even one of his friends came over and his mom was shocked that they both actually did the entire 30 minute yoga workout...
He has the ABC DVD, but I believe there are others...
I also posted this on an autism website and some parents who went out and bought it have said they are also shocked that their kids absolutely loved it...I have noticed a real difference in his behavior in just a couple of weeks...He loves doing it early in the morning, then he has breakfast...
You can find it at Target, Sprouts, etc...and online on Amazon and others...
