How does someone 'look' autistic....

I think there really is an autistic look. Most of the autistics I know have pronounced foreheads. Also have noticed many autistic babies have enormous heads that are almost squareheads. Also if you look at photos of people on here post of themselves you will see most do not look at the camera and do not smile, but instead have a flat expression. That's what AS looks like.

my son was just diagnosed as autistic and he looks completley "normal" (whatever that is), the doc even said that he is a handsom boy and doesn't have any pronounced traits so that should make school/growing up/fitting in easier for him
