Are you supposed to post in this forum if you are a parent who has AS or if you are a parent of a child who has AS?

Either. There's a parents forum filled with parents of children with AS. I happen to be both, myself.

Everyone is welcome on this forum, as long as you stick to the parenting topic. Even non-parents come here to give parents their points of view. Of course, some people (myself including) use this forum as a venting board to talk about how unpleasant their childhood was, but that's to be expected, and as long as there are no personal attacks, there's nothing wrong with it either. At the minimum, those anecdotes can serve as cautionary tales.

I'm both and figured it works for both as it pertains to parenting.
