For me, it's a toss-up between Alyx and Jade. I think Jade wins out though, since we get to see more facets of her personality throughout the game than we get to see of Alyx.

i agree that samus, chell and lucina are great. and female morgan, hahaha, yes so adorable.

i also like Kurashiki Akane from the Zero Escape series.

and then, all them attorneys/detectives! Mia Fey, Ema Skye, Franziska von Karma, Athena Cykes from Ace Attorney series

Samus, at least until her character was kinda ruined in Other M. I hope the next Metroid game rectifies that. And I hope they use Jennifer Hale again as her VA.

That said, Peach, Zelda and Krystal are all awesome too in their own ways. And Chell.

Ummm does anyone know what Birdo counts as? Because I'm honestly not sure.

Kat-B320 from Halo Reach

Cortana from varios Halo games

Maria and Ellie from the Last of Us

And finally maybe Samus Aran, from the early Metroid games and the Prime Series. It's too bad Other M was such a flunk, especially since her design in Other M compared to older versions was so much better, except for the fact that it's always been hyper sexualized, which I've never been a huge fan of.

I guess we know which OP was a Talimancer since that's the only female from the Mass Effect series they have on the list.
