The next Playstation console will be announced in a couple of hours. Anyone watching?

Nope! I'll find out everything later, I'm sure. No rush.

Don't care. Sony might produce a fantastic console, but their business practices have a lot to be desired.

Looks good, but I wonder how much it will cost.

It was a bit lacking on information all round, frankly.

All I got from that was the new controller has a 'share' button. Don't know what the purpose of the large black void on the front of it is. No views of the actual console, no price, no release date. Not even any information on whether it will use blu rays, downloads or a new hard media.

Quite frankly I was surprised they showed so little.

Regarding business practices, they are still better than Apple. I will never buy an Apple product.

Sony did the opposite of Nintendo and focused on games (which is why everyone buys gaming consoles, right?). I was bored by the Wii U unveiling, but the PS4 looks interesting. I imagine they're saving pricing and other console details for E3.

I'm tired of morons who know nothing about video games declaring that consoles are dead because everyone is playing mobile and tablet games now. Who in their right mind would stop playing games like Skyrim and Alan Wake for crap like Angry Birds? Mobile games (with a few notable exceptions) suck.

Had some nice looking titles but price and release would have been better.

I bet they will have demo units set up at E3 in June along with more information about the system. I like my PS3 but with not so much information, I can't make a judgement call yet.

The best games they showed aren't even PS4 exclusives. I can play Watch Dogs and Destiny on other systems. And their remote play feature? Thats just a rip off of the Wii U, only you have to buy a $300 handheld on top of the cost of the PS4 to use it. They also threw in a Kinect knock-off for good measure. I'll admit the live streaming and spectating of your friends games is pretty cool, but nothing you can't already do on PC.

If someone wanted to get completely smashed, you could turn that press conference into a drinking game by drinking a shot every time they said innovative or unique ironically.

Sony hyped this presentation up for like 3 weeks. Then they did'nt even show what the new PS4 looks like, or answer the big questions alot of people have about it:

1. Will it play used games?
2. Will it be online only?
3. Will Sony now start charging to play games online on PSN like Microsoft does with Xbox?

All they showed was games.

These were my questions throughout the whole thing. I also need backwards compatibility to be interested in a console. If all it offers is better graphics, well... PC will have all those graphics with wider game selection and less restrictions.
