Jill Valentine is OK... but in Resident Evil I'd have to say Ada Wong is my favorite female character. She's cooler and has a more mysterious and secretive personality.

Commander Shepard, the Bhaalspawn, and the Hero of Ferelden. I am a Bioware fan through and through.

Right now I do like the new Lara Croft.

Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite.
She was a great character.

I wish this forum had spoiler tags so I could talk about all the reasons I think she's awesome.

You can create a custom spoiler by utilizing the quote function combined with a white font.

Like this
Code:
[quote="TITLE"][color=white]TEXT[/color][/quote]

Examples:
Portal *Spoiler* wrote:
the cake is a lie

Metroid *Spoiler* wrote:
The protagonist is a woman.

Captain Obvious wrote:

That way, people can only see the text if they highlight it (or as code when writing their reply if they quote it).

Just remember to look at the preview before posting to make sure that it is properly hidden.

I always enjoyed my interactions with Aria T'loak in the ME games, especially the first time you meet her in ME2. I think that close up on her mouth when she tells you the rules of Omega set the tone for the whole game for me.

Thank you Viper.

I really love this game and recommend it and really advise you not to read this if you have not played the game, please.

Elizabeth was great. I like how she hit booker with a hammer when he was being a big meanie. And that she was really powerful. All the times when she realised she needed to get away from you and so just ran were cool. And she only came back to you because she needed you, not because you made her. She was forebodingly powerful and looked after herself for the most part which was super cool. The only time you had to save her, you only succeeded because herself from the future gave her the help she needed using you. I also like how she became completely deaf when she was dancing. I just stood there for ages in the game laughing at how she's dancing and smiling while my character keeps shouting to her and she just keeps dancing. It was hilarious.
She was an all-round nice person too, and I loved her story.

Ailish from Sudeki.

I think her fascinating voice and incredible patience and perseverence are what did it.

Did not think that there would be anyone on the list I could honestly vote for, but I had to vote for Tali from ME.

But if I also had to think on the fly of a video game character, strangely the character Cynthia from Pokémon comes to mind, I just think she is cool.

Willow from Don't Starve. I love her design, personality, and the fact that she's a pyromaniac. Wendy from the same game is a close second.

Shannon from Umineko no Naku Koro ni.

Although I'm a bit biased in that I'm playing through the game right now.
