OoT is a rom, you say cartridge, but in that cartridge is a ROM. The top one can be achieved through use of a memory editor (game shark/action replay) and the real game. The bottom one is a MOD of the original and only runs in an emulator with a graphics plugin that supports high resolution textures. The HUD arrangement requires a memory editor too.

Anyways, they are both quite real, but run through an emulator.
