Yep I like video game music too. Sometimes I'll look the songs up on YouTube just so I can listen to my favorite themes from some of my favorite games.

Since the announcement of Persona 5 and other Persona games, I've been on what I call a "Personathon", which is a mass playthrough of all the Persona games available in NA. Unfortunately that means playing Persona 1, Innocent Sin and Eternal Punishment. I'm currently playing the psp remake of Persona 1, and words cannot describe how frustrating the game is. However, the music isn't bad. Sure, this time Shoji Meguro couldn't get singers convincing enough for people to believe they actually understand English, but that doesn't mean the music is terrible. It's just a complete non-sequitur. The battle theme and boss theme are both complete nonsense, but I like the boss theme. I would probably like the battle theme more if I didn't hear it non-stop, but I thought I would post the boss theme.

Love me some video game music! Some of my faves are the main Zelda theme, and the main theme from Castlevania. Though the top of my list is probably the entirety of the Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack. Picked it up on Steam during the autumn sale. Brought back lots of awesome memories. Best $4 I've EVER spent!

I like 8bit and 16 bit and any other chiptune style (i make chiptunes myself on my nintendo ds and my iphone using music apps) but my favourite videogame song of all time has to be this one because it's like a genre unto itself. It's horror jazz, basically!! !
