The Micro has a much better screen than the SP (though they did release an SP with backlighting instead of front, I've heard it's poor like the one the Lite has...not sure if this is true), the buttons (especially R and L) are infinitely more comfortable, it has a standard headphone minijack, and I just like the fact that it's tiny, and people are like "What is that?"
Lack of GB/GBC support is okay for me, since the emulators on my flash cart take care of most of them, and I still have an old GBC anyway.
Though I will admit, the Micro would've been much more successful if the SP hadn't happened.
