What a farce, "unglued" and "unhinged" are ret*d.
Most of the new cards are just old ones with new names and more penalty/costs to play them. I just went on the Magic home page and they are reviewing a card that is a POS. It's like ancestral recall but you have to sack 3 cards when you use it. What a pile of junk. I still have 2 unlimited ancestral recalls. Wow, in fact...most of my cards have a slanted "T" for their tap symbols.

What the ! !! !. I just went on ebay to look up some cards. I always considered my ancestral recalls and timewalk some of my best and rarest cards. They are selling for over $300 for unlimited white border cards!! That is ret*d. Mine are in probably 8/10 condition. WOW. I'm still not selling them though.

Black lotus is really gone....$700 +! !! !

Now i'm wondering what kind of hockey and baseball cards I have floating around....

Awesome!! ! Does anyone else have some expensive Magic classics floating around?

I doubt it, I really only had basic functional ones- nothing uber.

Plus I don't know what sort of condition they are in anyway, not all of them had card protectors, and some of them were damaged.

After a count...I have 850 1995 and under cards and 250 tempest-homelands-visions. I'd get back into the racket it the new cards weren't so ret*d. This is not deck, it's more like a base of my favorite cards to make a good deck from.

2 counterspell, 2 mana drain, 1 timewalk, 3 brainstorm, 2 portent, 2 wind spirit, 2 mana valt, 4 sol ring, 4 dark ritual, 4 phantasmal terrain, 4 evil presence, 4 bog wraith, 4 hypnotic specter, 4 howl from beyond, 2 will-o the wisp, 2 demonic tutor, 2 control magic, 3 drain life, 4 underground sea, 4 stripmine, 2 mind twist, 2 nevinyrals disc. For some reason I left the ancestrals out of there, probably because brainstorm is a good alternative and I didn't want to risk damage to them. Manadrain are 2 more that I better hardsleeve. I always thought they made reprints of them... $75+! !! ! And when did hypnotic specters get up there in price?

Much to learn you still have, my young padwan.
And you are dead by the 3rd turn...goodbye, you are the weakest link.

One good sol ring leads to another, then maybe a mana vault or 2. and some dark ritual. Phantasmal terrain helps render your power sources useless and portent is a very useful card to also see that you don't get any land out.

Well if it was me, I'd buy a ring for Ma-Ti because he only had that lame heart one. I'd get him like a ring of T-REX SHARK ATTACKS, or something.
