I am a huge fan of Star Wars(im a follower of Jediism actually) and of KOTOR if i can get a job soon i will definitely be getting TOR i will probably be a jedi as long as i can use dark side powers also cuz i dont believe the force takes sides it all depends on the intent of the individual who uses it

Unfortunately there's really an intent involved in Dark Side powers. They only work when the user is extremely angry, which of course is the second step on the path to the Dark Side after Fear.

lol idk...they say you get speical abilitys suited to if your of the dark aligment even if your a Jedi class, or a gray or a light. so who knows

just assume for a moment your being attacked by a powerful sith and i use dark side powers to save you i used it to save the life of someone therefore the intent was good see the force itself dont take sides its just there as a tool the person using it takes sides and its a misconception because the supposed "dark side" is naturally destructive so its commonly associated with the sith BUT it can be used for good also

So, TOR Beta ended and it was wonderful and my group got reinvited for a future test. Yay.

Just what the interenet needs more bickering petty religious nuts fighting yet another sectarian holy war. Just let the citizens of the universe rest already.

Star Wars was my first and oldest obsession. I was 3 years old when I got into it. Hell, I have a freakin' professional-grade Jedi tunic and a couple of serious duel lightsabers(A blue Obi-Wan FX saber, an orange lightsaber with a long black hilt, and a double-bladed green lightsaber that's around 9 or ten feet long. I went to celebration 5 too, dressed up.

I've been waiting for the game for a while, but I'm unsure about the format. I'd prefer it be a solo rpg like the Kotor games. I'm also unsure about the cartoony look and the echoes of PT an OT designs. Also, armored Jedi are stupid. If the armor isn't made of cortosis, phrik, or any other lightsaber-resistant ores, what is the point? To protect from blaster bolts?

Sounds like what a Gray Jedi would do. You forget that it takes enormous will to fight off the allure of the dark side. The Dark Side is almost like a crazy manipulative entity.
