Duke Nukem 3D had a great map editor. Me and my brother got so crazy good at that game by making progressively harder maps.

Ahh memories...

The gameplay sucked though and the levels were too long.

Heh, you know, I think that those people that reserved their copy of 'Duke Nukem Forever' in 1998, and still have their receipts for it, should get that game for free! lol

I have only played on Duke Nukem Time to Kill but I would like to buy this game.

This game is like the games industry joke, the punch line is the release date!

Also I think there is the shrink ray so you can stomp the aliens. Forgiving that I have seen footage where you get to punch a giant alien in the "little alien" (the balls) :wink:

I just played the demo on Xbox 360. The game is awesome. Hail to the king, baby!

You can..kicking is swhiched with weapon beating but you do get to kick a field goal with with an eye...

They do. I was asked at my gamestop if I had one because if I did its free.

I played the demo today, and it was quite fun. I just hope there's some kind of story in it, since I didn't really come across any in the demo. :P

I don't really think story is a major part of the game. Shooters back then (pre-2000) were heavy on action. Doom, Wolfenstein, Quake, Duke Nukem, etc. Basically aliens have invaded, taken women and Duke is going to blow the aliens up to get the women back.

I think the point of the game is the testosterone poisoning you will get playing it :wink:

did you play the demo? Its full of jokes about it self. thats the polot! its a joke its all a joke.

I have a feeling that the story is the same as it was in Duke 3D - aliens stole Duke's chicks, Duke's all outta gum, and he's pissed. So now he's gonna do some alien asskicking.
