Ocarina all the way. For me the storyline is the best of them all. Gotta love traditional Zelda, this is the masterpiece of them all. Oh and Link/Zelda FTW!

Out of those, OoT. TP is up there, but OoT is easier because i've played it too much. I don't like hard games.
