World of warcraft if you're horde.
Since the Cataclysm, you don't even have to go Horde - the Alliance now has the Worgen, basically werewolves (they even changed Stalvan's questline in Duskwood to reflect this).
One of my favorite games back in the day was
Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines, in which you were a vampire - and could replenish used blood points quickly by luring an unsuspecting human into a dark place and draining them. (Try not to kill them - if you drain someone to death, you lose a Humanity point, and if your Humanity goes to zero, you lose instantly, as you are now a completely inhuman monster.) It's currently available for sale through Steam, although I have not yet confirmed if it'll run under Win 7.
In
Champions Online, you are constrained to playing a hero - but your hero doesn't have to appear more than vaguely human. One of my characters, SCP-682-Beta, is a reptilian creature with spikes sticking out of every available spot, including its tail. (It's based loosely on
this entry at the SCP Foundation, only with its morality reversed.) I was restricted to four limbs, sadly, but it doesn't look human...
