X-Play refused to rate Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing because their scale doesn't go below 1.
The game is obviously unfinished. There is literally no AI, and there is no limit as to how fast you can go... in reverse. It sounds to me like something I would give the lowest rating on any rating scale to.
