Are you using Skyrim Mod Nexus? or just the Steam Workshop? I found that there are a few more mods available from Mod Nexus that can't make it on Steam. Although the Workshop has to be one of the most awesome things Steam has done (well that and green light).

Alrighty, so... I made a list mods that are absolute must mods for me today. All of these work together, they are totally compatible, though they may require a couple dirty edit cleanups and bash patches, which is not hard to do, there are how to videos online that are easy to follow.

SKSE + SkyUI + Categorized Favorites

RNG Guards

Enhanced High Level Gameplay

Immersive Weapons and Armor

SkyTest- Realistic Animal AI.

Climates Of Tamriel

Realistic Lighting Overhaul + Improved Interior Lighting

Lanterns Of Skyrim All In One Pack With Climates Of Tamriel Preset

The Enhanced/Better City/Town/Inn Collection (Excluding the ones with dirty edits that won't go away)

Enhanced Blood Textures- Better looking blood and more of it.

Wet and Cold

Frostfall

Random Alternate Start

Economy Of Skyrim

Water and Terrain Enhancement Redux

Immersive Saturation Boost

****Make sure to manually download Wryebash and TES5Edit!! ! These will make the mods all compatible with very minor problems to no problems at all.

Got a few new mods today...

Interesting NPC's- Adds around 80*** new NPC's, over 100,000 lines, and some new followers who have a lot of lines of their own.
Pets Of skyrim- Adds cats and dogs of multiple ages/sizes to different parts of Skyrim. Some can be added as pets.
Footprints- You see your foot prints and various NPC's footprints in snow
Dynavision Dynamic Depth Of Field Vision- Adds different ways you can view Skyrim
Automatic Variants + three main packs- Makes most animals have different skins so they are not all of the same color every time you see them.

I also have 70 house mods, though I have a preferred few only... But they are nothing special to most people. They're mostly poor ppl houses without crafting equipment, large spaces, and loading times. I like them because they aren't going to spoil you, but provide you with a nice place to store your stuff, and they are lore friendly.
