Have hardly played any video games since February or so as I've found and IRL hobby that take up most of my free time. I'd like to play them more than I currently do, but I just don't feel like I've got the time. I've gotten somewhat obsessive with specific video games in the past, but yeah you could definitely count me into the "Not obsessed with video games" group as of now.

I'm totally obsessed with them too. It was my first special interest and is the only one that never "slowed down" or got "less intense" for me.

I'm terrible at video games due to lack of fine motor skills, and I don't have any at my house so I don't play very often. When I do play them, I like them (until I get frustrated from inability to be successful). I feel like I could get addicted to video games, but it never really caught on for me. I also find listening to others talk about video games rather uninteresting, and I have trouble relating to some other Aspies because I don't share their interest.

I haven't really played games since the early 90's, even then it was just something to do when there wasn't anything else, as with sports, video games never made complete sense to me, still don't.
I prefer to do things in person, trap and target shooting, been a few years, injured my right arm then had a possible stroke that affected my right side, including vision. I am now primarily left handed, I am ambidextrous, forced to be a rightie as a kid. Am thinking about getting back to it.
Ride a motorcycle,
Became bored with drag racing the first time I raced. Too noisy and crowded.
Car shows, motorcycle shows, noisy, crowded, but can tolerate, i guess it's because of shared interest.
Working on cars,
Blacksmithing,
Etc
Most Aspie and nt friends are game addicts, it's often annoying, been trying to get an aspie biker friend out of the house.

Watching people is like watching tv, a lot of drama that makes no sense.

Working on cars,

I am the same way actually. You would think being in a parking lot filled with people and music loudly playing would be overwhelming, but I think because cars and transportation in general is my aspie obsession, it doesn't really bother me. I have yet to find another Aspie who is as passionate about cars as I am.

What motorcycle do you have? I am looking to get my motorcycle license sometime this summer.

Seems that I am in a minority who isn't fully devoted to video games based on who has posted thus far. I guess that is one more reason that makes me unique. :)

I wouldn't say it is an obsession for me....but I do like to play console video games from time to time, and I play a online PC game called League of Legends on a regular basis. So it is an interest, but probably not my main one.

I haven't played a video game in 15 years, and that was a computer golf game (the applause made me laugh). No, I don't enjoy video games at all. But, hey, for those who do enjoy them, happy trails!
