The Grand Theft Auto series may be considered "outstanding" to many, but if there's one true flaw with the franchise that everyone can agree on, it's that not everyone is able to play it thanks to its "bad guy" image. It's especially troublesome to me because even though I am now 18, I am still not allowed by my ever-caring mom to play these games, which angers me a little.

Here, in Mexico, 10 year old kids (maybe younger) can buy GTA without any problem. They go with their parents to the videogame store and say "Hey dad, this is the game I want", and the parents simply buy GTAIV for their little brats. . . maybe those ignorant parents think videogames are just for kids.

I understand your mother's control about what you can watch or play. I'm 21, and I my parents still have control over me.
