I heard the only way to get Glaceon or Leafeon is to have one traded from Pearl, Diamond or Platinum, I plan on trading one a couple of my Eevees over to Platinum to have them become Leafeon and Glaceon. I like to have the Pokemon I use be my own, so I can give nicknames and they don't shoot up levels to quickly compared to others.

I just caught Ho-oh, I was planning on not useing the Master ball, and I got very close with a Dusk ball, though it got a bit tireing and I figured that Ho-oh is worthy enough for it, and my pokemon are all 12 levels lower. Those Kimono girls were really tough, clever use of items was mostly how I got through. Anyway Ho-oh is huge out of the ball, it can't be out while indoors, and when it is out it is quite large. Now to make a team worthy on taking on the Elite Four.

Yeah, to get a Glaceon, Leafeon, Probopass, or Magnezone in HG/SS you have to trade them in. Magnezone is the only one on that list I really like, though.

I love how it looks like a UFO. I wish the shiny Probopass was green where the normal is red have a Mario and Luigi pair.

I can Fly! I can Fly!
Ah, I missed a nice can of Metal Coat over logistics today, but that won't happen again.

Magnezone is great. I always liked Magnemite.

I bought the first set of Data Cards, reached the "Friendship" (sic) room, and superceded one thousand jumps for the old man.
A time as good as any to take a break from the pokethlon, and return to regular adventuring duties. I have a date with a big, mean haganeil in Olivine City, if I'm not mistaken.
I should let my Flaafy tag my Growlithe for the while.

I don't understand those stupid juices, they keep on messing up my pokemon's stats!

I've been ignoring the juices. I have plenty of pokemon with more than enough natural talent. Unless I decide to go for some arbitrary highscore, that is.

My first Medalist was a Zubat, but now it has to earn that status again as a Crobat.

I'll take the second Safari test tomorrow, I think. Then I guess I'm heading east.

Last night I caught Entai and Raikou, I figured out a good strategy to run into them easily and some things that others did not seem to say on the net. For one they don't usualy run to another route if you go through one of those buildings that sometimes put you from a city to a route, so for example if you are in Ecruteak City and if one is on route 38 or 42, if you go through the building to go to those routes, they won't move, and you can shuffle them by going though Route 37 and Ecruteak. Or if you notice that it is going to Route 31 or 32, you can manuver through certain buildings so that it doesn't change. And just lower it's health, put it to sleep, and that is left is saving first and luck with throwing Ultra Balls.

I have reached Indigo Plateau, and my team are all about level 36, so all that is left is to raise my team up, and get enough of some items to take on the league. my I think items like vending machine drinks and Milk are the best for price, though I have not come across any status healing cookies that would be bargins. I am attempting the Elite Four with Noctowl, Ampharos, Espeon, Lapras, Typhlosion and Golem.

I tend to focus on my starter until after I defeat all the gym leaders and elite four.

My feralgatr ran right through them all.

Well I did use only pokemon at the begining, until I realised that my team might have some trouble against Clair, unlike Feralgater Typhlosion is not good against dragons, and I just hapend to get Lapras, and it has been a good choice. Also funny that my Lapras took a Thunder from a slightly higher level Dragonair, and it did fairly minimal damage. I also realised that my Butterfree and Furret might be under powered, so Lapras took one place, and I hapend to have an Eevee with good special attack, so I figured a powerfull Espeon might be a good choice.

Since the Totodile family can learn Ice Fang now it really helps with dragon and grass types

I find it amusing that Cloyster can dish out on average more hits per minute than Sneasel. :)
It's a goddamn clam, but it's still the machine gun of the pokemon world.

Ah, my trusty Crobat. Almost defeated Pryce's Pilloswine at two levels' disadvantage. Both pokemon started at full health, Pryce used a healing item and I used a Sharp Beak hold item. The final margin was about two pixels of HP. I should have used the second Confuse Ray one turn sooner.
The Crobat was also more alert than any other team member during the raid of Team Rocket's hideout. I had fun mugging as many grunts as possible after they stole 1 000 pokedollars from me.

It is not a challenge unless your team is underleveled, I do it all the time, I will eve often send them out by who needs more exp instead of type (unless I think they will lose). I actually beat the Elite Four starting with level all level 42, it was easier then I thought. For the record my Lapras could take out both of Lance's lvl 49 Dragonite with one Ice Beam each, though the lvl 50 one left just a little health left. By the end most reached level 43 except for Noctowl and my Golem reached 44.

I beat Lt. Surge, my Ampheros was a lower level, and it's electric attacks were stronger. I also beat Sabrina who's team is between 53-55 and I had no stronger then 45s, she managed to take out both my Golem and Espeon with one attack each from her Espeon as it was so strong, but then I got it together and didn't lose any more. And Misty was barely worth mentioning except for her Lapras who took a few big hits. My team is now at 46-47 and I think I plan to go to Celadon next to vs Erika.
