Street Fighter IV. Pretty much the only thing I always play since I like routine and monotonous things.

I rarely play online because I'm shy, but I think I'm decent. More than 400 hours on Steam.

the japanese version of devil may cry 4: special edition... seems as enjoyable and polished for gameplay as memory had served the original had been. there is some new re-playability in being able to play as a few other characters from the series beyond just dante and nero(lady, trish, and vergil) which seems a nice additional touch... though, have still found myself preferring the original nero/dante mode.

Played a match of DotA 2 earlier today. Didn't win, but it went alright I guess.

Still deciding whether to yet again play WoW or not. I swear I might have a problem with it, because it's like "crack" for me or something (for the record I've never tried illicit drugs whatsoever).

Yyyyyep, that's pretty much what I meant awhile back.

Those games will do that. Even when the real enjoyment is long gone, the addiction keeps you there.

It didn't help that things in my life went a bit s**t yesterday. My Dad kind of ruined my birthday dinner, and my best friend announced him and his fiancee are moving interstate in the new year.

Two of the first things I thought of were "my best mate is moving I'll be alone again" and "I kinda wanna play WoW right now".

DotA 2, however after this match I'll uninstall it and never play it again. The toxicity makes a garbage dump look clean by comparison.

Because I'm somewhat of a clumsy oaf I fell over my xbox a few months ago and must have done something to my fallout 3 disc, I've tried repeatedly to get it to work and it refuses, I might just drop a couple nukes on it and see if it's just being a contrary jerk, I miss running away from lurching super mutants and finding hope die a little more in me with each footstep in that unfortunate wasteland.

I've been playing only Pokemon Go, even though when I bought a new laptop last year I splurged and got one that would let me play anything. I've been super busy, but I saw this thread and thought: I already threw in the towel for accomplishing anything this week, so maybe I'll download something and play through the free trial.

I just remembered, I downloaded Starcraft about a year ago and never started. I could do that, or I could try WoW. I've avoided it out of the fear of getting sucked in, but I usually stop on my own after 72 hours at the very latest. I'm counting sleeping time, where I'll usually dream about the game I'm playing.

Starcraft or WoW for the weekend? What do you think? If I feel really disappointed at your decision, then I'll know for sure that I actually want to play the other game, so any input will help. :D

I've started to download WoW. The first part looks like it should take around three hours.

Nerving myself up for Baldur's Gate 2. Having nightmares about menus and hit-points.

There are striking differences between the gaming mindset and the tech support mindset, but one must learn to switch between them in order to succeed. Keeping a stiff upper lip while keeping your chin up takes concentration!

The Sims 4 and Animal Crossing:NL, as usual. Right now there's a quest based on The Day of the Dead holiday on The Sims 4 where you have to try to collect nine sugar skulls from NPC Sims who are walking around wearing skull make-up and clothes (that you can also dress your own Sims in), and display them in a special shelf. If you get them all there's supposed to be something special involving the Grim Reaper. There might be a tenth skull but I'm not sure. I've gotten eight sugar skulls so far. :)
