Most FPS, every Street Fighter game (even though I like playing them), every strategy game, and many more.

The original Splinter Cell. I'm working my way through it, but slowly and I mess up a LOT. That is one hard game; but it's fun to be stealthy.

KillZone... possibly because the PlayStation controller is alien to me.

I always did decently at most game types, with a little time and practice. I tended to get a bit cocky because of that, but only I knew my weakness... Racing games. I was lucky though, because my small group preferred the Mario Kart titles, which I did well enough to not lose to them. Any other racing title though and I was miserable, even with practicing them. I could never get them down very well.

These days though, I do horrible at most game types now. All fine and well with me!

I suck at fps, I love military shooters... hell I was a paratrooper, with proper training. I don't have the reflexs to out shoot a 13 yr old in a multiplayer match. I get so pissed!! ! On the other hand, I play awesomely in single player or co op mode, I'm a team player.

I also fail at FPS. I loved Fallout 3's VATS system. It was a somewhere between a revelation and an addiction.

Somehow, I can manage hack-and-slash, a lot of melee combat actually, but first-person shooters are hopeless. I actually hate the first-person viewpoint in any game. I need to be behind the character; anything else is too much like losing peripheral vision. Which I have in my mundane life, so please don't take it in an alternative.

chaotik_lord, so the primary reason you prefer third person shooters is due to the inclusion of artificial peripheral vision? Any other reasons?

I wish more people were able to play as a team in FPS games. Such multiplayer gametypes as Team Deathmatch or Team Capture-The-Flag would be so much more awesome if people would stop throwing grenades at their own team and actually like, I don't know, at least attempt to shoot the other team once in a while.

The Guitar Hero games. I can't remember passing on anything above medium. I can play a real guitar pretty competently though. And yet I've seen people wail on that guitar controller who are all thumbs with a real guitar. Strange.

I'm sort of solid on Dawn of War, and other RTS's. But Company of Heroes, I just cant seem to win, and I cant figure out why.

Mind you, the skirmishes, not the campaigns. Those don't count.

I kind of hate playing anything that may need any sort of pre-planning such as Fallout 3, getting the perfect character and all that.

I realy suck at shooters...so my favourite game right now is Battlefield: Bad Company 2, in multiplayer i try to stay above 1:1 kill/death ratio  .
