I'm surprised that game is still alive. It's quite old, no? 8O

....I am getting old....

You can play it on Steam so I'll try to get people to play with me. Mods always make it fun. As they always do lol.

I played through Doom VFR and I think I'm close to the end now.

This game got a lot of negative attention and, to be fair, it has its fair share of issues. For one, you have to enable smooth turning using the console. The first few levels are also quite basic; it feels as if they don't trust the player enough to put them against any challenging encounters.

The latter half is a lot of fun though and exactly what I'd expect: Doom 2016 in VR form. Definitely a big recommend for fans of Doom 2016, if they can deal with the aforementioned issues. I feel like even seasoned VR players skipped over this one and it's a shame because, for once, it's a VR game that isn't crippled by a desire to be playable by absolutely everyone who gets motion sickness. (BTW, I probably wouldn't recommend this if you do get motion sickness, sorry~)

Oh, I'm sure it is...used to play videogames every weekend with my friends, but then we switched to board games, and then we switched to D&D.

(and now I don't have friends anymore)

Or Funger, as it is affectionately called by fans.

Baldur’s Gate III.
I've been waiting 20 years for this. It's fabulous but I can't keep going because I'm too picky due to the fact that Baldu’rs Gate was my special interest when I was 11. I was speaking with sentences from this game to people in my classroom  .

Last year I played Baldur’s Gate I 1998, guys. It is far older than a videogame from 2009.

This new episode must be a really cool game but I am anxious to continue.
Nostalgia strikes hard.

rFactor.

Practice for the Put Pork On Your Fork 350, brought to you by the Iowa Pork Producers Association and by Black Ice — the official beer of the Synergy Endurance Cup.

How do you feel about Neverwinter Nights?

I didn’t like it even though it was surely a good game.
I was too rigid to like anything else at the time.

Ah, I was the opposite. I have BG and IWD but never got into them like I got into NWN.

I got into NWN like a crack addict 'gets into' crack.

But now I like racing.

If NASCAR can have a Beef. It's What's for Dinner. 300 I figure I can host a Put Pork On Your Fork 350. :nerdy:

I understand.
Have you played it again recently?

And what would you think about Baldur’s Gate III?
Do you feel enthusiastic or not at all?

I'm not very familiar with BG3, but I'd be open to trying it if it comes on sale on GoG.

I've dabbled a bit in NWN recently, but nothing too serious.

I think I've bought BG1 and IWD1 on GoG, but I don't think I've installed them.

Most of my time gaming goes towards rFactor or the Genesis version of NHL 95. :nerdy:

Gotten addicted to Cities: Skylines. Finally got all those mods that let you go beyond the boundaries of the game. A bigger map and the ability to place any building where I want it. I can make a city I want with all the little intricacies. I keep placing graffiti and vending machines down alley's.

Gonna try to play some rFactor tonight.

I think Chicagoland is the next round on my schedule and I think I've nailed the setup.
