Out of curiosity, do you guys like hats? I mean, I have heard that some people hate hats in TF2 saying they are pointless and dumb and make the game too silly and make people more focused on collecting hats than the FPS action and the hats are just there to look cool and nothing else.
Really? Because I love hats and accessories. Maybe it's just because I'm a girl and therefore naturally likes playing dress-up, but I like hats because they are a way to express yourself. I mean, without hats, every Scout, Heavy, Pyro, Medic, Demoman, Soldier, Spy, Sniper, Engineer, everyone playing the same class on the same team would look the same, there would be no sense of individuality.
Hats are a way to help express who you are as a person in the game and well, it's one of those things I think that helps attracts more female players without marketing it explicitly to girls in addition to the Pixar-esque graphics.
Also, guys, please help me make Medics on Unicycles into a meme! Cardgames on Motorcycles has gone out of style. We need a meme that will succeed it and Medics on Unicycles has potential to be a great spin-off meme.
Once I have more time, I could try to make a Medics on Unicycles viral video, but it better be good and I'm that good at video making... or should I say... I'm not that good... yet...
