They've only just come out and they're expensive, but buying one early may well precede some friends who you never knew you had crawling out of the woodwork and wanting to spend a lot of time with you.

Has anyone got one yet?

Lack of hardware, expensive games, nothing truely impressive = No sale.

I'm not paying $60 for a game, they aren't carts so why so expensive? The lack of hardware and the pricing problems is odd. The launch titles are just barely better than the dreck released on the PS2 when it first came out.

But as for PS3. I'm on the verge of consideration

I own an old Xbox and I play on that. The Xbox 360 is good but doesn't compare with my brother's PC.

I adore this system ^.^ Shame I gotta wait 'till Christmas '06 to get one though ;__;

Where exactly in the world do you live? I live in the UK and the Xbox 360s came out in November 2005.

The reason I like the 360 being released is now there is a reason to knock down the price of the original X-Box. I only really want Halo and DoA anyway.
