They rock, most of them, i especially love the sonic adventures

I'm a huge Sonic fanboy. When I get the money I'm going to get either Sonic or tails tattooed on my arm. :] The new games have pretty disappointing gameplay, but they're still relatively fun and have great storylines. I also love Sonic Adventure. And Sonic 2 for the Genesis. ^_^

I like sonic adventure 2 better than 1, even though you cant go in town like in 1, and 2 has better music too, its in its own class. Even in the bad sonic games, the music is still so unbelieveably awsome

Shadow the hedgehog is a good game too, COME ON, its better than sonic next gen right? I know shadow the hedgehog also has bad controls and lags much, especially in lava shelter, which my record is 2:59, its at least decent, the music there is made by a Julien-K, and they also made "This Machine" from sonic heroes, i love that song, it makes me turned on:

I can't decide if that one or team chaotix is better, theyre the best songs in sonic heroes i think:

When it comes to the gamegear ones;

Sonic 1: This was hard, but i managed it eventually, and the fastest time i have on the first level is 16 seconds, it goes so fast that the screen to the righttries to catch up.

Sonic 2: Hard as hell, The first boss was so hard, one of the hardest IF NOT the hardest boss ive faced, it can be very hard to avoid the rocks and you can fall so easily.. I managed to get on the 3rd stage, i could have gotten further but decided to quit.

The genesis games;

Sonic the hedgehog: This was confusing, i didnt like it.

SOnic the hedgehog 2: This was my favorite, because of the special stages and just the music and gameplay i guess. I have beaten it, but that was with the help of a friend of mine.

Sonic the hedgehog 3: The two versions of this game was good, but i enjoyed sonic & knuckles better.

My opinions on Sonic Adventure;

One of my favorites, gereat music, lazy graphics, but good. I didnt find big as a character you should include except for his theme song.

This game has music of ALL genres, from orchestra to rap. To techno to heavy metal, but it doesnt contain black metal of course . People who dont find ONE of these songs good have bad taste period.

It has a great story and most of the characters and villains are awesome, especially CHAOS.

COntrols are also fine, but the game can lag, which i noticed in emerald coast in the area where i should roll into the loop. SA (sonic adventure) 2 solved lags though 8). (My record at emerald coast is 1:33:23,.)

I find sonics gameplay the best, because hes all skills and speed. (something i find stupid is that i think perfect chaos is harder than the biolizard from SA2, the one EVERYONE ALMOST think
is harder. (This is fact, i beat the biolizard at my first try, it wasnt hard.)

Before i touch the most cool sonic game, SA2, i will talk about Sonic unleashed, and i wont say anything about SOnic next gen except that it sucks hard, only the graphics and music is awesome.

I think Sonic unleashed has revived sonic, because the stages are awesome, musics cool, graphics not that good except the CGI scenes, and its some of the speediest sonic games ive played, i think the werehog stages were DECENT, but the sun stages were the real thing. Perfect dark gaia was a very fun boss and its music reigns. My record on dark gaia is 6'04''265.

SA 2, a brilliant game, the graphics was awesome for its time, awsome music, gameplay, story, awesome. Its one of my favorite games.

My favorites so far? Well, let's just say 360 Sonic Unleashed and, surprisingly, Sonic 06 (now don't laugh). In my opinion, the former is as close to a heartfelt reboot as the series can get, and you shouldn't underestimate the latter.

What's a sonic?

I have no ideo about what a sonic is, but SOnic the hedgehog is the hedgehog in your own avatar, so I think you know who that is

What are your own records on sonic games?

I wish I could play Sonic Adventure 2 more, but I can only handle very small doses without getting motion sickness

I need to get back into the first game...it's annoying how big the "choose a stage" stages are, and there's way too many people to talk to...I just get lost and bored trying to find the next level.

I've never played a single game long enough to keep records, butI got the 360 achievement for beating the first game in under 40 minutes and beating green hill zone in under 35 seconds. Not the most impressive thing ever but it's something.

Interesting fact, due to playing too much Mega Drive as a kid the first word I ever said was "Sega!"
