Hoenn would be a second choice, Johto would be last.

City: Verdanturf Town
Reason: Hoenn is the warmest of the four regions; I love warm weather. Verdanturf is a nice small city, like I live in, but it's not too far from bigger cities (just down the road from Mauville, which is connected by Cycling Road to Slateport), also like the city I live in. Also, it's right next to the Day-Care Center, so I would probably spend all my time there taking care of Pokémon.
