Yeah they just exsplode and bits of flesh go flying ahhh yeahh :D

There's an acheivment for that y'know i think you have tie up a prostitute and put her on there to be flattened!

Also try dragging people around with your lasso while riding on your horse never ceases to amuse me  There's also some sick sense of power tieing up the sheriff and taking him for a ride on the back of your horse before making the decision to let him go free of to paint the floor with his brains!

LOVED IT!!

I got 100% completion as I enjoyed it so much. As the OP said, it's the whole package - gameplay, storyline, graphics, all amazing!

I want it soo bad for PC now even more with the undead nightmare DLC why does rockstar deny the PC this epic game? they could easily add another 2 million or more sales by releasing it to PC

Downloaded that the other day. Not played it yet, did Bioshock 2 Minerva's Den first (which I downloaded at the same time) but can't wait!
Not bothered going online yet though.

Red Dead Redemption is truly the most beautiful game I have ever had the pleasure of playing. Everything in the game has been polished to perfection so much that it is millimetre perfect.
The ending for the final mission was the most captivating part of the entire game.
It is truly one of Rockstars greatest games, and I can't wait to see what they can manage with LA Noire!

P.S Fantastic moment when crossing over to Mexico and Jose Gonzalez is playing.

yeah it's perfect for setting the right atmosphere for where you are at the time in game and it's the tiny details that make it soo much better :P

I got the game soon after it came out, but only got a few missions done and went to the next new game. I still think the game is great. Thanks to you, I will start it up again!
