In Marvel's Civil War storyline, which side do you choose? Iron Man's Pro-Registration or Captain America's Anti-Registration?

I wanted to ask because I am thinking of getting the game.

I've played both sides, but I prefer the Anti-Registration because that is what I would chose if I was in the Marvel Universe.

My first play-through I choose the anti-registration. That's who I was rooting for when I first read the comic books.
