Has anyone on this forum heard of; and especially OWN this game? It's a sandbox simulator, with a decent physics engine, alot of modifictions and the tools with which to construct anything (well, nearly!). It does have a few glitches, but not particularly many.

So does anyone have it? (You need a source engine game from Steam, and then Gmod itself; quite cheap). And if so, my steam username is unggoy77.

GMod really shines with the wiremod addon.... with that, you can even make computers and game consoles ingame...

I particularly enjoy spacebuild maps because of the complexity of having to build the nescessary life-support systems etc. on space ships, space stations or bases in inhospitable environments...

One of the most complex things I made was a laser 3D scanner that outputted to a holographic emitter, however, with good resolution came loooong scanning times.
I own GMod 10, for those who want to try some of the sandboxing, I still think you can get GMod 9 off of Steam.

Yep, I've got Wire, Spacebuild...a few others (such as engine parts that actually fit together, mostly). Some of that stuff sounds complex, the only holo thing I ever made was a laser tracker that starts pointing at whoever is in range. The main problem is, the person I used to play with changed internet provider...and now our internets HATE one another (doesn't connect).

I think GMod 10 is the latest?..Or is that 11 or 12; I can't remember. Just wanna find some other people, who aren't jerks to get a server up and going.

I have Garry's mod 10 and 9 I have archived on a DVD-R with all my mods that I had.
