I have been having Civilization IV locking up on me. I have min the graphics, turned off the audio, use standard size maps, and updated my drivers but it slows doen then locks up on me any suggestions why or how to fix it? When I first got the computer it ran CIV 4 and 5 no problem but lately it is slowing down and freezing up.

Inspiron Laptop
Processor: @2.00GHz 2.00
RAM: 4.00GB (3.80 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit OS
I have plenty of room on the hard drive.
