I have 11 open blocks on my SD card. On 3DS system memory, I have over 800 blocks. How to move data?

I'm confused. So you have the 3DS eshop games on the card and the DSiWare games on the system memory?

You can only have the DSiWare games on the system and the 3DS eshop games on the card, you can't put them on the system.

Go to system settings, select data management, then select the file you wish to transfer (you can go either way).
If the files can fit on the system's memory, they will transfer.

If not you might have to get a bigger memory card.

You can get a ultra class/high speed 32GBs SD card for under $25 on Amazon.
If you have one of the New 3DS systems, you need a Micro SD card.

16GBs will also work unless you buy all your retail games digitally.

If you get a bigger memory card, make sure your computer has an SD card slot or own a USB SD Card reader.
