Xbox 360 Achievements not showing up.

Okay, now I'm a little mad. About half an hour ago, I finally beat Story Mode on the XBLA game Radiant Silvergun. After practicing and memorizing enemy patterns for almost 20 hours, I beat the game with only two lives left. After the game returns to the title screen, I'm still waiting for the "Finish the Story" Achievement to appear. It doesn't. And Radiant Silvergun isn't the first game I've beaten where I haven't recieved the Achievement for just beating the game. It happened to me on Serious Sam HD and Quake 4 and Perfect Dark. Has anyone else met the requirements for a certain Achievement, only to have it not show up?

Several times. Usually it's addressed via patch for the game, but there's no telling how long it will take until one is applied.

Well, I got the Radiant Silvergun Achievement I was talking about. The next time I turned on the system and signed in, it automatically displayed the text, Achievement Unlocked 15G - Finish the Story. I was thinking to myself, "Okay... I should've gotten this hours ago".

I know on PS3 sometimes trophies will glitch, but I don't own a xbox360 so glad it worked itself out for you.
