Mega Man classic--my opinion of the worst Robot Master

Remember Sheep Man? Yeah, that electricity-throwing guy from Mega Man 10? Well, I have to say, he was a nice idea, but the fact that he was "Sheep Man" and that he was working for Dr. Wily, really sullied his reputation, because a lot of fans thought he was actually built by Dr. Wily (which, when given half a second's thought REALLY makes no sense)! In fact, according to the Mega Man Wikia page, he was actually a "sheep-herding robot" who changed jobs and eventually ended up as a Robot Master. Now, I think that the idea of having a robot master who could kill with electricity was pretty nice, but it was supposed to be lightning blasts, which are essentially massive groupings of static electricity, that COME FROM CLOUDS!! That's right--I think Sheep man, if he was re-skinned to "Cloud Man" and had a better backstory, might have actually gotten more respect! Tell me what you think, but please, don't troll or try to be deliberately insulting. I'm merely trying to have an intelligent discussion over this.

That was a pretty boring maverick..."Sheepman, whose ultimate attack is to put the player to sleep while he mule kicks Mega Man", would have been a better tagline, or at least a more accurate one.

The reason he's called SheepMan is that it's a pun on "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?". MegaMan, an android (more or less), is fighting the electric sheep that is SheepMan.
