I sometimes wish I can go back to my favourite gaming experiences and wipe them from my memory so I can play and enjoy them for the first time all over again.

If i could play any game again without any prior knowledge of it I would be torn between Planescape: Torment and Fallout 2.

I found both to be completely absorbing. I want to play Planescape: Torment again to experience meeting and learning about the characters all over again and to explore its ridiculously intricate conversational storylines. With Fallout 2 I want to explore the open, gritty and brutally honest world all over again. I find it disappointing that when I play the game again I know where to find all the best stuff and know how all the quest lines will end. I would love to start the search for the Holy Vault 13 all over again!

What game would you love to play again from fresh and why?

I'd play Bio-shock "the first one", all over again. I remember how mesmerized I was with the plot when I first played.

Ocarina of Time, Sonic Adventure 2, Pokemon Gold, and Super Mario 64 would be good ones for me. Was obsessed with those games as a kid.

Have you played Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver? and have you played The 3DS version of Ocarina of time? I love them and they do feel like a slightly new experience, all except for the plot. Anyway I highly recommend them.

The old Tron games. They were interestingly weird then, and they sure would be now.

Not sure if I'd want to exactly. I always replay the games I enjoy the most, but it takes a while to get into games the first time through for me. That said, I'd probably do The Wind Waker, Super Mario Galaxy, Paper Mario 2, Banjo-Tooie, Metroid Prime 2, Fallout 3, and Skyward Sword all over again. Maybe some others, too, but the list would be too long.

Super Mario 3! Maybe I'll try to finish all worlds without using time space warps. :)

Mass Effect 2 and God of War. Just as fun the second time as the first though.

Sam and max series 3.
You can only play those games for real once, then you remember the puzzles....
