I don't think it's going to be sold with NSMB-2 included. Gamestop will no doubt have a reasonable trade-up deal for the first 3DS towards the 3DS-XL which I'll probably do by the way.

I think its too big honestly. The only appeal is the increased battery time. When I buy a 3ds I'll probably go for the original.

This is just a very bad decision on Nintendo's part. Don't get me wrong - I love Nintendo, but this was not a sound business decision. The 3DS, while a fantastic system that gathered almost universal praise, had a rather rocky launch phase. It's too soon for them to be coming out with a 3DS XL, considering the 3DS was only launched just over a year ago. They lost a lot of money on the 3DS, and it only started to pick up in sales after they lowered the price point. The XL is going to be even more expensive to produce.

Again, love the company, but lately they've been making some less-than-wise choices.
