Great... "G" thanks Nintendo. If my OCD didn't make me want to kill myself enough (figuratively) give people a REASON to collect coins. When ever I play a game I have to do EVERYTHING possible before advancing. ie New super Mario bros DS collect EVERY SINGLE COIN. Though I do get better when my lives are maxed out. BUT NOW THAT YOU HAVE TO COLLECT THEM TO GET 1,000,000 this game is going to take FOREVER to play though. In the Wii one I was no fun to play with because I took forever looking though everything and if I couldn't I would turn off the wii and not play. I know, I know. But now that there is a reason...other then that little guy in my head telling me to collect all the coins, I may never finish the game. Any suggestions to help me with my OCD about this. In other games like the DS one if I didn't have the ability to get a coin whether it be from mini mushroom or needing to break a block I would turn off my game ( since I can't waste a life) and go back. I also have to kill every enemy. I am such a perfectionist that it even bugs me. Are there any good quality's to being a perfectionist that I should know about. Right now all I know is it is a pain in the butt.

I learned over the years that my OCD is a bigger beast than I can manage. If I were in your position, I would have to sell the game. :(

I might be in trouble then as I was planning on picking this up on launch day. As a fellow OCD sufferer, that one thing I hate about modern games. At least with handhelds, it's usually possible to do anything and everything like I did with the original NSMB on DS. I'm not that much of a perfectionist but yes, it does get in the way of having fun in situations like this.

Doing better than I thought I would. I beat the game and already have 300,000 coins. I have found that coin rush is the best bet since I score over 10,000 almost everytime by just racing the same courses I have in my record.
