Cadian Shocktrooper(Warhammer 40k) vs ODST(Halo)

Alright, so the cadian shocktrooper has in his equipment: lasgun, flak jacket, frag grenade. The ODST has: ODST armor, a battle rifle, a pistol, frag grenade.

The area they are fighting on is the remains of a UNSC ship on a desert in a barren planet. Their is flood infestation.

Which of the two will survive and win?

I am going for the Cadian, just because they seem better trained to me.
