Yeah, I became interested in this system again after a while. I do like shoot em' ups and fighting games, but any genre is fine.

What I have so far:

Alien Hominid
Animal Crossing
Eternal Darkness
F-Zero GX
Godzilla: Destroy all Monsters Melee
Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
Mario Kart Double Dash
Mega Man Anniversary Collection
Metroid Prime
Namco Museum
Pikmin
Pokemon Colosseum
Pokemon XD
Resident Evil
Sonic Adventure
Sonic Gems Collection
Sonic Heroes
Sonic Mega Collection
Soul Calibur 2
Star Wars Rogue Squadron II
Star Wars Rogue Squadron III
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Monkey Ball 2
Super Smash Bros. Melee
True Crime: Streets of LA

No Legend of Zelda titles? You're missing out.

Let's see...

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
Shadow the Hedgehog
Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door
Starfox Adventures
Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes
Killer7
Zelda: The Wind Waker
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Zelda: Four Swords Adventures

I've had at least a little fun with all of those, and Killer7, Wind Waker, and MGS are among my favorite games in general.

I'm not sure if its strictly GC exlusives you're after. But I'll just state some games on there that are good and haven't been mentioned:

Ikaruga
Pikmin 2
Megaman X Collection (NTSC exclusive)
Kirby Air Ride
Viewtiful Joe
Crazy Taxi
Mario Tennis
Mario Party Series
Odama
Donkey Kong Junglebeat
Wave Race
Warioware (must own imo)
Mario Sunshine
Super Monkey Ball

Not bad for a console that is considered to have "no games" :) Not a game, but I would recommend the gameboy player add on as well. Best way to play the gameboy games on the big screen.

To be honest, I only liked the earlier Zelda games (Zelda I, II, Link to the Past, and Ocarina of Time. Haven't played Link's Awakening yet). Everything else after that was kinda mediocre at best.

I definitely second Viewtiful Joe. It's a really fun experience.

Seconding what others have said:
Starfox adventures
super mario sunshine
Zelda wind waker
Zelda four swords adventures
Pikmin two (the lack of a time restriction as I remember made it more fun)
Pokemon colloseum

I didn't care for Majora's Mask, but I thought Wind Waker and Twilight Princess were fantastic as far as Zelda games in the past decade. Skyward Sword on the Wii, I thought the controls were awful and could not get into it, same with the DS ones and the awful touch-screen controls. Is it just so wrong to want to play games with buttons still? But you are missing out if you pass up on Wind Waker, still one of the most beautiful games ever made as well.

Outside of those and Metroid Prime 2, you seem to already have most of the Gamecube games I would recommend.

The Mega Man and Sonic collections are great, as well.

Exactly! I'm also a fan of Twilight Princess and OoT.

Kirby Air Ride isn't the BEST game, but I enjoyed it. And you HAVE to play Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. My favourite game of all time, even with it's flaws! Baldur's Gate is fun too. Also, the Mario Party games, especially 4 and 6, are lots of fun :) Super Monkey Ball and Super Monkey Ball 2 (NOT Super Monkey Ball Adventure, that's an abomination!) are awesome, and really surprisingly evil :) Still haven't completed the story mode, and I've been at it for YEARS XD I agree with Warioware, though the gamecube version isn't one of my favourites. I really like the wii version XD

You really should consider Legend of Zelda Windwaker. The graphics are cartoony but absolutely gorgeous. And now after all those years it still looks perfect. The puzzles, island and sea travelling is a lot of fun too.

I highly recommend the criminally overlooked Star Fox Adventures. Many fans immediately disregarded it because it wasn't the same as the previous titles in the series.

You know, if they do an HD rerelease for Wind Waker on the Wii U, I would have to get the system. The game itself looks fantastic and plays great but to be able to play it at 1920x1080 resolution would be truly amazing.

It was actually my first Star Fox game(the only other one I've played being 64, years later on the Wii). I thought it felt like a ripoff of Rare games, and it turned out that it was actually originally meant to be one. :P But yeah, it's a pretty decent game. A bit too hard for me, enough to get me to give up maybe 2 and a half quarters of the way through, but still pretty enjoyable.

Gotcha Force (an arena game where you collect toy robots and battle them)
Tales of Symphonia (an RPG)
Chibi-Robo (it's kinda hard to explain this game, just look it up)
Viewtiful Joe (side-scrolling action game)
Phantasy Star Online III: C.A.R.D. Revolution (card RPG)
Paper Mario 2 (RPG)
Skies of Arcadia Legends (RPG)
Baten Kaitos 1 and 2 (card RPGs)
Egg Mania (puzzle game)
Eternal Darkness (horror game)
