I've seen this sorta thing often before. Players getting overly irritated at whatever game, and then they end up sorta taking it out on everyone else.
It's actually pretty typical among gamers as a whole, really. LOTS of people do this one.

One game I used to play had a really difficult sequence and I used to fail it every time. I stopped playing. Later I found a cheat and just went past the point and then played the rest of it.
Usually games I have a hard time with are the ones that stress me out the most, like Persona 4 or Mortal Kombat 9. I barely play them anymore because of it.
Yeah, that seems to be the case with many people these days.
It's the direct opposite for me: If I'm not getting a tough challenge, chances are I'm getting bored, which makes me irritable. Well, more irritable than usual anyway.
