Heart of the Swarm. buy it or not?

so I think I want to buy heart of the swarm, but I also want to buy a new action figure for my collection. it's one or the other...

anyway, anyone got any thoughts on the soon to be released starcraft 2 expansion pack?
will it be worth the price?

Well, it has Kerrigan in it...

In other words, Blizzard would have to pull a Diablo III to screw this up...
