I wanted to move some sims because it gets crowded, it turns out that I can not carry out even though they have enough simoleons to buy a new apartment , it turns out that I can not because the game does not allow to do so i see message that i don't have a fridge and a place to sleep for the Sims.

In fact, I could I could throw them away, but the pavement throwing their Parents and younger siblings, is not right, even in the game: D

I've always loved to burn some of my Sim families to death whenever I got sick of them or just wanted to build another house with a new family there. Drowning and starving are also fun, too.

Ugh, I'm not familiar with the Sims 3. Still, there should still be a bulldozer button from the neighborhood view that allows getting all sims out of a certain lot. Or if you only want two of them, in the Sims 2 you could select "Move out" in a telephone or in a computer, select the Sims that were coming from you and then those would beon the family bin ready to go somewhere else.

I do not fully understand your question though, you can't move them out, or you can't move them into a new home, or can you the move out/move in thing directly without going through the family bin in the Sims 3? If you don't want to play with them you could just leave them in the family bin.
