I have the Sims 3 on PC and I have 730 hours logged in to it but I fear I may have more than that

Probably, yes, you might be classified as obsessed.

I mean this in a sense which is free of any negative connotations.

I have similar hour counts on some games, after obsessive-style playing.

Obsession can be positive, it's all about the context and the degree of balance.
