Was anybody here looking forward to Watch Dogs?

I really liked the idea of being able to hack into the city, with it being less chaotic as GTA. But some of the gameplay that they showed didn't really wow me too much. I did really like what they showed for Assassins Creed 3: Black Flag and am really looking forward to The Witcher 3.

It looks pretty good. I`m really pumped for Battlefield 4 on PC in 6 days though!

Its been postponed till next year!

i was gutted because I had it prebooked to go with my PS4 on launch night. I'm getting Killzone Shadow Fall instead.

tbh i wasn't impressed by the graphics (doesn't look like anything that PS3 or Xbox 360 isn't capable of) but i love the NPC AI. I like how if someone recognises you on TV during news reports they call the cops.

It was supposed to come out in October, then last I heard it was bumped back to November...

AND NOW YOU'RE FREAKING TELLING ME I HAVE TO WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR?!


This is the kind of crap I DON'T like. Feels like waiting for the PSP to come out all over again.. Except that bloody thing kept getting knocked back until it was postponed 2 years.

The kicker? I played the darn thing about 2 or 3 times before I came to the conclusion I hated handheld gaming systems.

It had a lot of good ideas going for it too. I kind of liked the thought of being able to sneak into somebodies game and trick them into thinking I am a NPC or hacking their game from a distance.

The hype has died down from the original release, but it'll go back up come release.

Oh my God YES!! !! I'm going to be the ultimate vigilante in that game! I also want the new Infamous.

Same. I'm a big inFamous fan. Can't wait till Second Son. But Watch_Dogs looks fantastic. Gameplay like that doesn't come that often. The idea of hacking other players is an interesting concept when you're actually playing the missions or what not solo. I'd like to see how people actually enter your game, though or how you enter someone else's. Must be the network you log into randomly finds someone in your vicinity and puts them in before you would ever notice them.
