I just tried out portal 2 and I have to say I like it more than a lot of other titles I've tried. I like the physics puzzle aspect of it, New Orbit involves a lot of vector manipulation. Are there any other titles out there that mix science concepts into the gameplay?

Universe Sandbox on Steam is pretty cool.
It goes a lot deeper into gravitational concepts.

Any game that involves teamwork and/or coordiantion is great for education, i would recommend artemis or transport tycoon.
