Here are my original SPECIAL stats:
STR 10 PER 10 END 10 CHA 1 INT 1 AGI 1 LUCK 7
Then my tag skills were: Unarmed, Big Guns, Medicine

I built my character to be an extreme meathead war machine. He can lift a car above his head, smell a landmine from a mile away, and get hit by a train and keep on running. He is the epitome of manliness, and nothing can stop him. He is a human tank. Shoot him with a missile, and he'll still have plenty of energy to run over and beat you senselessly with his bare hands. That's my playing style! Rush in and start kickin' ass!

Going by memory I think my initial stats were something like:

Strength 3
Perception 8
Endurance 5
Charisma 1
Intelligence 9
Agility 9
Luck 3

Went to get the intelligence bobblehead before getting to level 3, then grabbed Comprehension and Educated perks, got 100 in every skill that mattered well before level 20.

@Cyanide: LOL, those stats are hillarious. I've got to run it again with a char like that! Great game.

I think mine were:
STR 5 PER 7 END 5 CHA 5 INT 7 AGI 6 LUCK 4
I think something was different, but this is all I could trace back, maybe 4 strength. My character has also some extra points added to perception and luck. I like to think of my character being able to see problems before hand, be able to scout out an area, with my stealthy outfit, though I kind of tend to no use many stealth boys though I have a bunch. The I then run an inteligent plan of attacking them in the most effective method, and to help I tendd to horde a very large amount of stimpacks to keep me invincible. I guess I also hoared lots of Nuka cola, cigaret packets and keeping on me a large amount of pencils, prewar money and cigarets that I wouldn't use.

Ill Post The Actual Stats Later, But I Remember That I Had High Strength, Endurance And Charisma. In Simple Words, I Talk My Way Out Of A Problem, and If They Dont Want To Talk, I Take/Dish Out Kickings. (Lincolns Repeater & Ol' Painless FTW!)

When I get to playing this game again for a third or fourth time, I'll let you know what my new character is like. But I do remember my intelligence being I think an 8 when I started. I wanted my character to be a bit of a nerd and have a few extra points to use for my skills. Since I prefer the Small Guns skill, I don't put too many points into Strength. My favorite tag skill has been Repair. It has come in handy so many times, allowing me to fix my equipment and reduce how much I am carrying. Although, a high Strength is nice if you DO carry a lot of stuff.

@Cyanide, I have GOT to use those stats some time. Sounds like a very interesting and different way to play. I've always gone for brains rather than brawn, or brains and brawn equally, but this time I'll HULK my character up.

I have actually just finished (as in, half an hour ago) Fallout 3. I'll check out my final statistics and put them here when I get a moment. But since I'm here, let me just say that I thought it was a truly excellent game. I'm just a bit disappointed about not encountering The Annoying Man during my wandering of the Capital Wasteland. I would very turned him into a pile of bloodied limbs. (My character was the very essence of evil; he wasted nearly all the NPCs).
